INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

A. TO OBTAIN E-VOUCHER FROM SHORT CODE (USSD)

1. Dial *920*224*1#
2. Select "Admissions"
3. Select "Confirm"
4. Follow the instructions
5. Receive E-Voucher from SMS

B. TO OBTAIN E-VOUCHER FROM MOBILE MONEY (ALL NETWORKS)/ CREDIT CARD (MASTER AND VISA CARD)

1. Click on BUY SERIAL/PIN USING MOBILE MONEY OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD . A pop up window will show for you to fill in your details.
2. Fill the payment platform form and select The Mobile Money Type from the Payment Options
3. Click Submit, then an SMS and/or Email containing the E-voucher details (Serial Number and PIN) will be sent to you. In addition, the E-voucher details (Serial Number and the PIN) will also be displayed on the Admission Login page.

Visit any branch of Ghana Post to purchase UHAS Admission Electronic Voucher

D. TO OBTAIN E-VOUCHER FROM BANKS

Purchase UHAS Admission Electronic Voucher (E-Voucher) from the following banks:

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Log on to the online Admissions System via the login section on this page with the Serial Number and PIN
2. Follow steps on the Online Admission system to complete your application
3. Applicants are not required to post hard copies of the online application form.
4. Postgraduate applicants must in addition to the above, attach two (2) referees.
